RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Authorities have identified the motorcyclist who died in a fiery crash Friday on Pumping Station Road near Veterans Park in Richland Township as 22-year-old Ethan Thomas Strohmeier of Quakertown.


According to officials, the deadly collision involved a motorcycle and an SUV. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene after reports of a serious crash with vehicles on fire.


Investigators said both the motorcycle and the SUV reportedly became engulfed in flames following the impact, creating a chaotic and dangerous scene for first responders.


Despite emergency efforts, Strohmeier suffered fatal injuries in the collision. Authorities later confirmed his identity as the victim killed in the crash.


Officials have not yet released additional details regarding the driver or occupants of the SUV, nor have they publicly disclosed what may have caused the collision.
